Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Eisenberg Elementary

Nemours is seeking a Pediatric Advanced Practice Nurse to join our Eisenberg Elementary New Castle County School-Based Health System Team! This position is responsible for: An area of specialized nursing practice, and provides direct and indirect care to patients and their families in the ambulatory, and outpatient settings with the Seaford School system The nurse practitioner will carry out the major responsibility for the student’s health care needs including evaluation, management and follow-up This role will occasionally include various additional responsibilities, such as telehealth support.
