You will support the confirmation process of our Home Depot leads and be overflow for our Install Department’s CCR to Sales Coordinator Process. During high demand times you will also be required to assist in other queue for customer support, and any other management directives that may arise during the day-to-day operations. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to pass a Home Depot Background check No prior trade or call center experience required but is a plus Need weekend availability, Saturday and Sunday Basic Computer Knowledge 3 years or more of operating a computer in a workplace setting Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Skype for Business) Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, etc) Multi-task while being comfortable with taking phone calls Time Management Skills Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
