Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Manhattan NY (10022) Urgently Hiring $80–$85/hour | Flexible Schedule | Part-Time Join One of NYC’s Growing Wellness & Pain Management Practices We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our modern multidisciplinary wellness and pain management clinic in Midtown Manhattan part time (1 day per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys a hands‑on, procedural‑based role focused on orthopedics, sports medicine, chronic pain, regenerative medicine, and wellness therapies. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary medical team including chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and rehabilitation specialists to help patients achieve long‑term healing — not just temporary symptom relief. Duties Patient Evaluations & Exams orthopedic and musculoskeletal exams Evaluate patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, joint dysfunction, migraines, nerve pain, and mobility limitations Review imaging, prior treatment history, and functional limitations and order labs/imaging when appropriate Develop individualized treatment plans Procedures & Injections – Trigger point/Steroid/corticosteroid/Joint injections and US guided MSK injections, Regen medicine treatments, Peptide therapy administration and management DME evaluation and fitting Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans Maintain accurate EMR documentation Qualifications Active NY Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license 2+ years of experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, sports medicine, or regenerative medicine preferred Comfortable performing injections independently and knowledge of injections and DME #J-18808-Ljbffr
