Make it with pride.As a member of a cross functional team, you lead RDQ activities required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation, growth and cost optimization projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.How you will contributeWorking independently, you will lead technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will also lead activities designed to generate appropriate process information using modelling and simulation, and pilot plant scale up and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. You will be involved with/lead process design and specifications, process scale-up and commissioning and will ensure the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. Qualify and coach the work process owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA approach.Flexible with an exceptionally high ability to prioritize tasks and daily work activities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with an appreciation of employee relation practices.Education / Certifications:BS or MS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.5 years of related experience in engineering, industrial technology, or related field.Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience and/or certification preferred.SAP experience preferred.Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.Work schedule: Monday- Friday Day Shift with flexibility based on business needSalary and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
