Revenue Analyst

Advenir Azora is seeking a Revenue Analyst to help drive pricing, occupancy, and revenue performance across our multifamily portfolio. This role is for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning data into practical business recommendations.

You will work closely with the Vice President of Revenue Management and partner with Operations, Marketing, Asset Management, and Acquisitions across stabilized and lease-up communities.

Winning in this position means showing up on time every day and achieving the following key results.

I. Revenue Analysis & Pricing

1. Analyze property performance, occupancy, leasing trends, market conditions, competitor activity, and other metrics to support pricing and revenue decisions across the portfolio.
2. Support revenue strategies for both stabilized and lease-up communities, with a focus on absorption, stabilization, and budget goals.
3. Turn analytical findings into practical business recommendations for revenue and operational decision-making.

II. Revenue Management Systems & Reporting

1. Support revenue-management systems and reporting, including REBA Rent, Entrata, and AI productivity tools.
2. Work with field and corporate teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and improve data accuracy.
3. Prepare recurring performance reports and contribute to reporting processes that support portfolio visibility and decision-making.

III. Forecasting & Market Analysis

1. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting through historical analysis, market research, occupancy trends, and rent growth assumptions.
2. Evaluate market and competitive information to help identify trends and support revenue-management decisions.
3. Use historical and current performance data to support forward-looking recommendations.

IV. Cross-Functional Partnership

1. Partner with Operations, Marketing, Asset Management, Acquisitions, and the Revenue Management team across stabilized and lease-up communities.
2. Communicate analytical findings clearly and translate data into practical recommendations that can be understood and acted upon by business partners.
3. Manage priorities across multiple communities while maintaining accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

V. Continuous Improvement & Growth

1. Bring curiosity and initiative to revenue-management processes, systems, reporting, and analysis.
2. Look for opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve how revenue information is analyzed and communicated.
3. Develop broader revenue-management expertise and contribute to the growth of the function, with potential progression toward broader Revenue Manager or Director-level responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in multifamily, revenue management, property operations, asset management, finance, or another analytical environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with generative AI platforms, and confidence working with large datasets and recurring reporting.
• Experience with REBA Rent, Entrata, and Tableau is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort questioning inconsistent data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn analysis into practical recommendations.
• Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple communities.
