Job Responsibilities- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM; weekend on-call duties required.
- Manage 8 to 10 inpatients per shift; average of 8 to 10 patients seen during on-call hours.
- In-house call with a 1:3 ratio and a callback rate of 25%.
- Perform adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries.
- Expertise in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH) is mandatory for Physician Assistants.
- A fellowship is required, along with prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
- Experience with LVAD, ECMO, and Impella devices for heart failure cases is essential.
- Fellowship in a relevant specialty.
- Experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
- Proficiency in EVH techniques.
- Experience with heart failure management devices.
- In-house call responsibilities with a manageable ratio.
