Caregiver- PCA / CNA - Evening Shift

Spring Oak Senior Living at Tri-Cities is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver (PCA/CNA) to join our team in Petersburg, Virginia . This position is ideal for someone who finds purpose in helping older adults and wants to build meaningful relationships with residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support.
• Support residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes in condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and community procedures.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

• PCA or CNA certification is preferred.
• Previous caregiving, senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent resident care.

3:00pm-11:00pm, every other weekend included in the shift.

$16 - $17 an hour
