The CSR will build strong relationships with customers, address inquiries, and assist with insurance policies. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, answering questions, and providing guidance on insurance products and coverage options. Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and claims processing, including handling policy endorsements and accurately processing transactions. Analyze customer situations and find effective solutions, using strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach. Qualifications Ability to obtain the Property and Casualty License for the State of Illinois (costs reimbursed). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service orientation and genuine desire to help and support customers. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate policy management and documentation. Proficient computer skills, familiarity with relevant software systems, and quick learning ability. Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or related field preferred.
