Learning UX/UI Designer

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging, user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning, technology, and business teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms.Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders.Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.Primary DeliverablesUser research findings and recommendationsWireframes, prototypes, and visual designsLearner journey maps and user flowsDesign standards and style guidesUsability testing resultsUX enhancement roadmapRequired SkillsUI/UX design and human-centered design principlesUser research and usability testingFigma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar toolsWireframing and prototypingInformation architecture and interaction designAccessibility standards (WCAG)Data-driven design and analytics interpretationLearning technologies and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred)Strong collaboration and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Experience designing enterprise applications, learning platforms, or employee experiences.Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments.Measures of SuccessIncreased learner satisfaction and engagementImproved usability and accessibility scoresHigher adoption of learning platformsReduced user support issuesSuccessful implementation of UX enhancementsPositive stakeholder feedback and business impact Our Lead UX Designer jobs earn between $128,400.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual.
