HR Business Partner I / II / III

Ahtna, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support assigned subsidiaries, departments, contracts, and business units across our family of companies. This role serves as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance and support in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, compensation, compliance, and policy administration.
This position is structured as a progressive career path, allowing professionals to contribute at varying levels of experience and responsibility. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with employees and leaders to develop solutions that support both workforce needs and business objectives.
The salary range for this position is dependent upon the level:
Level 1: $30.96-$37.46 per hour
Level II: $ 74,498-$90,888 per year
Level III: $92,707-$114,493 per year
This position comes with a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 3% match, paid time off (PTO), and company-paid holidays.
Minimum Qualifications
HR Business Partner I
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field (experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis)
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible human resources or related experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
HR Business Partner II
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis)
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible human resources or related experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
HR Business Partner III
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis)
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible human resources or related experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
