Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch
• Productivity/Caseload: 8-12 patients per day, 1-1 therapy
