Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health Oasis Clinician
• MPT or DPT

Assignment Details

• Schedule: MON-FRI 0800-1630
• Coverage area: 50-mile radius of Fort Morgan
• No on-call or weekend requirement
