Medical Social Worker LBSW, LMSW, or LCSW | Employer Provided CEUs | Healthcare Experience Required Job Summary Hospice of South Texas (HOST) is seeking a compassionate Medical Social Worker to support patients and families through end-of-life care. This role is open to LBSW, LMSW or LCSW candidates with at least one year of healthcare experience. Employer-provided CEUs available.
