Position Overview

We are looking for an SAP SD Consultant with 4–6 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, order-to-cash processes, configuration, enhancements, functional specifications, testing, and production support. The candidate should have a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules and be able to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver SAP SD solutions.

Day to Day Job Duties

• Support SAP SD module configuration and implementation activities in ECC and S/4HANA.

• Hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with exposure to implementation and support projects.

• Participate in business discussions, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions for OTC processes.

• Configure and support key SD processes including sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, output management, returns, intercompany sales, and third-party order processing.

• Support S/4HANA-specific SD functionalities, including SAP Fiori apps, Business Partner approach, and other relevant S/4HANA simplifications.

• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).

• Execute unit testing and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

• Support order-to-cash processes including pricing, billing, shipping, output management, credit management, and invoicing.

• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues and support enhancements and custom developments.

• Understand integration touchpoints with other modules including FI-AR, MM, PP, LE, and TM.

• Support integration with external systems using EDI, IDoc, APIs, and other interfaces.

• Provide support for system upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and production issues.

• Support data migration and cutover activities as required.

• Document configuration, test scenarios, functional specifications, and solution designs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and participate in workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Support training activities and prepare relevant documentation for business users.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of SAP SD consulting experience with exposure to ECC and S/4HANA.

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution processes and configuration.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with order-to-cash processes, including pricing, billing, sales orders, and logistics execution.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP SD support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience preparing functional specifications and working with custom developments.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with unit testing, regression testing, defect resolution, and UAT support.

• Experience with S/4HANA SD functionalities and Fiori apps.

• Experience with SAP SD integration with FI-AR, MM, PP, LE, or TM.

• Experience supporting data migration, cutover activities, system upgrades, or enhancement projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

• Ability to travel at least 80%.

Nice to Have

• SAP Activate knowledge, training, and/or SAP certification.

• Exposure to Advanced ATP (aATP), Revenue Accounting (RAR), or S/4HANA SD simplifications.

• Experience with EDI, IDoc, APIs, or external system integrations.
