The business operates with a relationship-first approach, disciplined credit culture, and strong alignment across underwriting, capital markets, and servicing functions.Role SummaryThe Multifamily Sr. Agency Originator is a senior production leader responsible for originating significant loan volume, deepening strategic client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and direction of the platform.
