Job Type: Regular | Work Location: Best Buy 241 - Laredo, TX 78045 Overview Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. About the Position In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and for professional relationships with store management and employees. Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance. Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs. Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Help customers make selections by building customer confidence. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations. Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
