Schedule: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM - Compressed workweek schedule of three days on, four days off, then four days on, and three days off . Each shift is 12 hours long ,

What You'll Do:

• Perform material handling, cleaning, packaging, storage, inventory management, and system transactions following established procedures.
• Ensure materials, tools, and products are accurately tracked, stored, labeled, and prepared for production or shipment.
• Conduct quality checks related to cleanliness, packaging standards, inventory accuracy, and material condition.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, operational projects, and process standardization efforts.
• Assist with onboarding and training activities while collaborating with team members to maintain safe and efficient operations.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience working in a cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing support, or related operational environment.

• Capable of obtaining necessary cleanroom certifications and operating specialized cleaning equipment.

• Ability to learn, follow, and execute cleanroom handling, cleaning, packaging, inventory management, material transaction, and tool center processes in accordance with established work instructions and procedures.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality, cleanliness, and 5S+1 expectation while working in cleanroom, warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing support environments.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and communicate operational data, information, and documents.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

• Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
• May need travel based on business needs.
• Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
