Inpatient Hospice Social Worker - Impactful Care

Ohio’s Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Medical Social Worker for its inpatient hospice unit on the OSU IPU in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on psychosocial assessment, counseling, care planning, and resource coordination to support patients and families facing life-limiting illness. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, advocate for patient preferences, and help navigate end-of-life care.
