Sales Operations

Position Description In office position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Sales Operator to join our growing team. As a Sales Operator you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting sales proposals for potential customers and corporate contracts. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide support to our sales representatives with their day-to-day responsibilities Process sales orders received directly from customers or partners Provide daily follow-up and status to the sales team on new customer orders Manage reporting for sales metrics Operate our CRM system and various customer pricing models Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system and excel Training On the job Requirements Must have 1+ years of office administrative experience required HubSpot experience required Proficient in MS Office products Experience managing executive calendars preferred College Degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Benefits We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
