Customer Service Delivery Driver

Overview We are looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to build a career at Carvana – a fast-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Our Customer Advocates are focused on delivering happiness to customers and reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Shift Hours are from 11am – 9pm. Team members are expected to be available to work 7 days a week with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days. Compensation We offer a competitive starting hourly rate with growth opportunities based on performance. Pay details include: Pay Range: $24–$27 hourly Starting Pay: $24/hr At 3 Months: $25/hr At 6 Months: $25.75/hr In your first year, you can progress from $24/hr to $27/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members may receive a one-time $1 increase in their first 90 days, and an additional $0.75 increase every 90 days thereafter. Market Operations may offer other location-specific incentive programs.
