Front Desk & Patient Services Coordinator

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver a best-in-class front desk experience during check-in/out and coordinate daily office tasks. This role reports to the Office General Manager. Some weekend and evening shifts required. You will verify insurance plans, educate patients on options, confirm appointments, manage phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, and support office staff.
