Helpdesk Support Specialist

IT Service Desk Analyst (3rd Shift) Responsibilities Provide first‑level technical support to users experiencing hardware, software, application, and access‑related issues. Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, including password resets, Microsoft 365 support, and Windows 11‑related problems. Document incidents, track resolutions, and elevate issues when appropriate. Deliver excellent customer service while supporting users with a variety of technical needs. Follow established processes and procedures to ensure timely issue resolution. Required Skills Customer service or help desk experience preferred. Familiarity with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (O365). Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team environment.
