Description:

Victory Electric is seeking an experienced Commercial Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, forward-thinking electrician who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

Run and manage commercial electrical work on ground-up builds, remodels, and service projects
Troubleshoot all aspects of commercial electrical systems
Install and work with dimming systems and low-voltage lighting
Perform communication cabling and terminations
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Ensure work complies with NEC and all local electrical codes
Oversee, train, and mentor apprentice electricians
Communicate daily with supervisors to keep projects on schedule
Demonstrate forward-thinking leadership to keep tasks moving and crews productive
Follow all company and jobsite safety standards

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician with minimum 2 years of experience running commercial work
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in commercial construction environments
Ability to lead others while remaining hands-on
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
