Territory Business Manager

**This is a field sales role in the Oklahoma City, OK area. Major Responsibilities: Drive strategic account growth by identifying new and untapped hospital and healthcare system opportunities Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and senior leadership Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales goals Use a consultative selling approach to promote products and deliver value-driven solutions Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify and expand business opportunities Maintain deep knowledge of products, disease states, and market dynamics Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Market Access, National Accounts) to support account success Navigate managed care and reimbursement environments to optimize access Manage territory resources effectively and ensure accurate reporting and CRM utilization Represent Merz with professionalism, integrity, and compliance while embodying company values Required Experience 3+ years specialty sales experience (pharmaceutical/biotech preferred) Preferred Experience Buy and Bill injectable experience Neurology experience Proven & documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales management goals Required Education Bachelor's Degree (at minimum) Don’t meet every single requirement?
