Laborer Position

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and construction sector, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the yard operations supporting site maintenance and cleanup activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laborer

Location: Gillette, WY

Pay Range: DOE (Depending on Experience)

What's the Job?

• Assist with general yard and cleanup duties
• Operate light-duty forklift as needed
• Move and organize steel and other materials in the yard
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance tasks
• Lift and carry lumber, dunnage, and steel items (typically under 50 lbs)

What's Needed?

• Experience with forklift operation preferred but not required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and self-motivated attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Availability to work flexible hours from 20 to 40 hours per week
