In this role, you’ll shape how AI agents, intelligent workflows, and enterprise data platforms come together to drive transformation. You’ll mentor global teams, guide technology adoption, and create frameworks that empower both engineers and citizen developers to deliver high-impact solutions.Responsibilities:Define and govern AI, automation, analytics, and agent-based architectures aligned to business transformation goalsEvaluate and guide adoption of AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, UiPath AI, Snowflake Cortex, and related toolsDesign and deliver end-to-end intelligent workflows integrating AI agents, automation, and enterprise dataEstablish reusable frameworks, standards, and governance for an AI/Agent marketplace and citizen developmentMentor global engineering teams and partner with IT, Data, and Architecture to enable scalable, secure solutionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, automation, or solution architectureExperience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, or C++Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and enterprise data platformsExperience working with SQL and enterprise databases such as SQL ServerPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fieldExperience with automation platforms such as UiPath or similar toolsFamiliarity with SAP, Teamcenter, RapidResponse, or Snowflake environmentsExperience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BIExperience leading global teams and mentoring engineers or citizen developersAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
