Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative – Wide-Format Imaging to join our sales team. This position is responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships, and providing customers with the right wide-format imaging solutions for their applications.

The ideal candidate understands—or is eager to learn—the wide-format printing and imaging industry and can effectively identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and solutions, prepare quotes, and guide opportunities through the sales process from initial contact through order placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone, email, video meetings, and other communication channels.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets and customer accounts.
• Understand customer applications, production requirements, and business objectives to recommend appropriate wide-format imaging solutions.
• Sell wide-format imaging equipment, software, media, inks, accessories, and related products and services.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information, prepare quotations, and follow opportunities through to completion.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales activity information within the CRM system.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives, technical specialists, service personnel, and other internal teams to develop complete customer solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of competing technologies, products, applications, and market trends.
• Participate in product demonstrations, virtual presentations, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as appropriate.
• Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, margin, and activity goals.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to identify additional needs and opportunities for account growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and help ensure a positive customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of inside sales, business development, account management, or related sales experience preferred.
• Experience in wide-format printing, digital imaging, graphics, signage, textile printing, packaging, or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable discussing technical products and translating technical information into customer benefits.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing business through proactive prospecting.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and common business communication tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a sales team.
