Chief of Staff Associate - Investor Relations

Referment is working with a global investment firm hiring a chief of staff associate to work directly with the Investor Relations chief of staff, the head of Investor Relations, and senior members of the team. You'll partner on highly impactful projects in a collaborative environment, with real potential to grow your responsibilities over time. The Role Lead or help drive a varied portfolio of projects supporting senior Investor Relations staff and business unit management. Projects might include driving the team's annual goals and strategic initiatives, analyses that shape fundraising strategy, resource allocation within the team, developing generative AI capabilities and strategy, and reporting for internal audiences. Expand and evolve your portfolio of responsibilities over time based on business needs, your skills, and your career goals. What We're Looking For A bachelor's or advanced degree, and at least one year of experience. Experience managing projects and processes, keen attention to detail, well-developed analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. The capacity to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Experience in management consulting, investment banking, investment management, or similar fields is helpful but not required. Knowledge of the hedge fund or alternative investments industry and a demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence are pluses but not required. This could suit a high-performing analyst or associate from consulting, banking, or an investment manager who wants broad exposure to how an investor relations business runs, with direct access to senior leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
