This position operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. • Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master's programs, ensuring they develop their therapeutic skills effectively.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment plans that consider clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain accurate and current client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in therapy, integrating new methodologies into practice to enhance client outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights, share experiences, and improve therapeutic practices within the organization.

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Our clinic emphasizes a holistic approach, where we not only address mental health concerns but also advocate for overall well-being by incorporating practical strategies into client care.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R) to practice independently as a mental health therapist.
• Current professional liability insurance is required.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling or therapy is essential.

While two years of experience in mental health counseling is mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience supervising practicum students or those familiar with teletherapy practices. Candidates who have implemented or developed treatment plans utilizing creative methodologies will also stand out.

The position includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
