Our focus is on enabling faster, smarter decision-making through innovation in tracking, sensor integration, and battle management systems.The WorkThe C2BMC Training Lead is responsible for leading the C2BMC Training Team supporting both Regional and Global Training activities. Will represent the C2BMC National Team in the user community, interact across C2BMC program and with the MDA customer to prioritize and schedule user training within contractual requirements. Responsible for creating training materials. Responsible training the end users in software application operations and missile defense C2 operations processes for C2BMC required for fielding the systems at Regional or Combatant Command in a multi-contractor team environment. Interface with National Team Functional Areas to define and implement the training plans and material. Leads Agile planning for the Training team and interacts with other product teams to ensure that dependencies are captured during Iteration Planning. Expected to maintain technical proficiency with C2BMC mission applications software to support demonstrations, exercises, Request for Assessment (RFAS), operational and test events. Provide Subject Matter Expertise as a test engineer for software releases; participates in development team events, conducts testing, identifying any discrepancies or issues. Responsible for representing the C2BMC National Team in the User community conducting training in the field and conducting a train-the-trainer program. Responsible as Control Account Manager to ensure, plan, and status work package activity and staffing accuracy. Partners with Functional Area Manager and Resource Manager to maintain proper staffing level, provide Training BOE and cost estimation support when required.Who You AreWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
