Schedule: Mon - Fri: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
Description:
Required Skills:
- Radiology
- Appointment Scheduling
- Customer Service
- Phone Call Handling
- 2+ years of direct radiology diagnostic testing scheduling experience – e.g. mammogram, DEXA, X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine. - Health insurance verification knowledge
- Epic EMR experience.
- Three years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Pre-Certification Processes
- Data Utilization
- Technology Usage
