Description
Join our team in a high-visibility role based in Houston, TX. As a full‑time Director of Investor Relations & Capital Markets, you'll support investor relations, capital markets activities, and long‑term business forecasting. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute investor relations strategies.
- Communicate business strategy and financial performance to stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to inform messaging.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial analysts and banking partners.
- Prepare investor communications, including presentations and financial narratives.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience in capital markets and investor relations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex financial and strategic environments.
