Sales Executive - Industrial MRO Distribution Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60k + Bonus & Commissions
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Location: Onsite in The Woodlands, TX Our client, a growing Industrial MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) distributor, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to develop new business and grow customer relationships within the Houston-area industrial and warehouse markets. Responsibilities

Location: Onsite in The Woodlands, TX Our client, a growing Industrial MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) distributor, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to develop new business and grow customer relationships within the Houston-area industrial and warehouse markets. Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new manufacturing, industrial, and warehouse accounts
- Build relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, and operations leaders
- Sell industrial supplies, tools, PPE, warehouse consumables, stretch film, pallet wrap, and packaging materials
- Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity
- Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- 3+ years of B2B Industrial, MRO, Packaging, or Warehouse sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the Houston industrial market
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
