Job/Practice Description
- Primary Care division backed by a team of 80+ dedicated providers.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Current Arizona license or eligibility to acquire AZ license
- Board Certification or eligibility for board certification
- One year of post-full-licensure experience in the practice of endocrinology preferred but not required
