Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

What You'll Be Doing

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance concerns.
Follow all warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
Work as part of a team to meet productivity and quality goals.

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift operating experience required; certification is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
