About Our Agency

I opened my State Farm agency in November 2016 after a career in the NFL and years of working in the insurance industry since 2012. I'm a graduate of Murray State University with a business degree and, outside of the office, I enjoy coaching my kids' sports, volunteering at church, supporting local organizations, and getting in a round of golf when I can. Family and community are a big part of who I am, and that spirit carries into how we run our agency. Our office operates under five core values that guide the way we treat people and the level of excellence we provide. This creates a positive, growth-oriented culture where team members can thrive personally and professionally. We currently have four full-time licensed team members and two part-time licensed team members, all working alongside me as a dedicated agent committed to helping you succeed in your career path. We also keep things engaging with quarterly team outings, monthly lunch meetings, and a progressive team bonus programwith the opportunity to earn up to $550 per month or an extra day off when the team hits its goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
