Primary Therapist Outpatient

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in Elk Grove, CA! This is a full-time, onsite position. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. Payrate: 80,000 - 85,000 for unlicensed and $90,000 - $95,000 for licensed. Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions) Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator Requirements: LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCC Must be able to pass a background check Exceptional clinical judgment Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, FSA PTO, Paid sick, paid community service, bereavement, holiday pay Employee EAP Program 401k w/ match In-house CEU and training For information on Evolve's privacy practices, see the Evolve California Personnel Privacy Notice located at #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolve Treatment Centers
