J&S Advisors in Nashville, Tennessee, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time EL Sales Representative . If you are determined and have amazing relationship-building skills, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential . As a ELSR, you will be giving back to your community every day by assisting customers with the coverage to fit their unique needs. Whether you are experienced in sales, or just looking to begin your career in our amazing industry, we can help you launch your career to new heights.
No previous experience? No problem!
If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, we may be just the right fit! Non-experienced sales representatives average $105K first year.

Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their goals.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
- Continuously learn about our offerings to better serve our clientele.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A genuine interest in sales and helping people find the right solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software.
