Urgent Care Physician needed in Philadelphia, PA

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client, a rapidly growing urgent care group, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible family medicine (FM), internal medicine (IM), or emergency medicine (EM) physician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a flexible schedule and a dynamic work environment.

Position details:

• Locations: Philadelphia, PA (specific location to be discussed directly with recruiter)
• Start date: 30-60 days
• Hours:
• Weekdays: 8 AM - 8 PM
• Weekends: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Schedule:
• 14 shifts per month
• 4 weekend shifts per month

Compensation & benefits:

• Pay: $230,000 - $240,000 annually
• Credentialing: 30-60 days
• Electronic medical records (EMR): Experity

Patient volume & support:

• Must be able to see 4 patients per hour
• Support staff includes:
• Medical assistant (MA)
• X-ray technician
• Front desk staff
• Double provider coverage:
• Starts when patient volume averages 50+ per day (half-day coverage)
• Full-day coverage when volume reaches 65+ patients per day

Qualifications:

• Must be board-certified/board-eligible in FM or EM
• Must have an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
