About Us
Fresh and Pressed Juice is a small business in Troy, MI. We are fun, engaging, and social, with a mission to guide people toward wellness and help the health-conscious succeed in their pursuit of a balanced life. Our goal is to inspire healthier lifestyles by showing that nourishing your body can also taste amazing.
We’re looking for a team member who is passionate about wellness, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with us. The ideal employee will help us deliver top-tier customer service while educating our community with nutritional information, must have an OUTGOING, UPBEAT PERSONALITY AND A QUICK LEARNER.
Fresh and Pressed Juice provides in-depth training in nutrition, health, culinary techniques, customer service, and more. We believe in investing in our staff through hands-on training, cross-training, and advancement opportunities. This is a tipped position in addition to hourly wage.

Job Responsibilities:
- Juice fresh produce, prep ingredients, and make smoothies and other café and food items
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace—we take cleanliness very seriously
- Communicate clearly and kindly with customers
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems
- Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
- Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors
- Travel locally to assist with events and off-site activations
- Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment
Availability:
Looking for someone with open availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Please note: We are not currently hiring high school students and not hiring for temp, looking for someone long term*****
