Position Details Location: Lakeville, MA Setting: School-Based Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) School Year: 20262027 Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students across educational settings. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to promote positive student outcomes. Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress. Provide coaching, training, and support to school staff implementing behavior plans. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Active Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start). School-based or pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
