Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator

Tampa, FL 6429 Harney Road Tampa, FL 33610, USA ALL Crane Rental of Florida, located in Tampa, is seeking a self‑motivated professional to provide leadership and supervision in the role of Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator. This position will be responsible for daily dispatching of crane fleet and/or support equipment, prioritizing tasks, meeting customer expectations, and assuring compliance with all government regulations. This is an exempt, full‑time position in a casual office environment. Comprehensive benefit package. Essential Functions Keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls they make and/or receive, the equipment and staff they monitor and control, and the actions they take. Maintain information on each call and then prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during their shifts. Ensure on time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites. Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT and company safety regulations. Dispatcher will also assist in other activities and duties as assigned by Branch Manager. Skills and Experience Requirements Experienced in trucking and dispatch functions is preferred. Experience with aerial lifts, cranes, or other heavy construction equipment is preferred. Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads and documentation is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and enterprise computer applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed. Able to sit for long periods of time. Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment. Paid Time Off and Holidays.
