Community Health Resources
Community Health Resources (CHR) in Manchester, CT is seeking a Community Support Specialist II for the Assertive Community Treatment Team. This full-time, 40-hours-per-week role focuses on intensive community-based treatment and recovery support for adults with serious mental illness.
