Ultrasound Technologist Specializing in Breast Ultrasound

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Assignment Length:

• 13 weeks, with the potential to extend

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams according to physician orders and diagnostic protocols
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety
• Accurately document and communicate findings to radiologists and other healthcare providers
• Foster a compassionate and professional environment for patients undergoing procedures
• Participate in quality assurance activities and support best practices within the imaging department

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in breast ultrasound is required; candidates must demonstrate proficiency in this area to be considered
• Proven track record performing a variety of general and specialty ultrasound studies
• Certification and credentials appropriate for an ultrasound technologist/sonographer
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
• Reliability and commitment to the full 13-week assignment
• Permanent residency outside of Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties is required for eligibility

$2,554 - $2,693/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
