These platforms enable teams across the business to build, consume, and distribute data products at scale. Within Data Platforms Engineering, the Data Consumer Experience team brings together our standard reporting, advanced analytics, and data governance tools so consumers can confidently put those data products to work. As the Data Engineering Manager for Data Consumer Experience, you'll play a significant role in helping data consumers put Capital Group's data strategy into practice. You will lead a team that integrates vendor tools, validates how open-source analytics software operates across our platforms, and keeps our consumer ecosystem healthy, governed, and scalable for thousands of users each day. Charlotte Base Salary Range: $173,072-$276,915 Southern California Base Salary Range: $201,683-$322,693 San Antonio Base Salary Range: $165,800-$265,280 New York Base Salary Range: $213,795-$342,072 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
