Applications Analyst

To enhance workflow and patient safety, the full-time salaried Device Integration & Mobility Applications Analyst will manage application software analysis, design, implementation, and support while collaborating with clinical and administrative staff in a remote-eligible position. Key responsibilities Conduct project management activities and assist in evaluating and implementing enhancements to existing systems Consult extensively with clinical staff and administrative users to improve departmental workflows and processes Research solutions to problems and contribute to the overall improvement of application software usage Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience Experience with EPIC upgrades, integration, and testing Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and clinical information systems implementation Previous teaching/training and project management experience ITIL course completion within one year of hire
