Community-Based Family Centered Treatment Specialist
Health Connect America
Georgia HOPE is hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Specialist to deliver evidence-based services in homes and communities. You will work with children and families, guiding them through the FCT model and coordinating with a multidisciplinary Treatment Team. Certification in FCT is required within one year of hire; a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is required, with at least two years of relevant experience.
