But here are a few skills you should have from the get-go, as well as some requirements:Prepare, cook, serve, or deliver food that meets quality and safety standardsProvide friendly, efficient service to all guestsMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurantFollow all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelinesWork as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operationsSupport overall restaurant operations – While team members may be hired into a primary role (e.g., delivery driver, cook, or customer service), all team members are expected to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed. This may include supporting in-store operations between deliveries or performing additional tasks to maintain service and operational standards.A QUICK NOTE ON SAFETYAt Pizza Hut, we are passionate about the health and safety of our team members and our customers.
