Virtual Medical Assistant

To support a growing care team, the part-time Virtual Medical Assistant will conduct outbound patient intake calls, manage electronic health records (EHRs), and schedule appointments while working remotely during Pacific Standard Time hours. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to patients to complete patient intake meetings Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups Handle medical records, data entry, and documentation in EHR systems Required qualifications Proven experience as a medical assistant or in an administrative support role in a healthcare setting Experience working in a remote setting and making outbound calls to patients Strong familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, eCW, gGastro) Experience in message triaging, charting, or medical documentation Experience with GI conditions preferred
