Our organization is currently in search of a motivated and experienced Director of Quality for Obstetrics and Gynecology . This role is essential as we enhance our Women's Health services throughout our health system.

The Director of Quality will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a strategic quality plan that aligns with our overarching quality objectives. Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and monitoring quality initiatives
• Conducting data analytics and establishing performance metrics
• Facilitating training and implementing performance improvement methodologies
• Prioritizing processes to ensure compliance with clinical quality and safety standards

Quality will be evaluated across various dimensions such as efficiency, effectiveness, equity, timeliness, safety, and a patient- and family-centered approach within system-wide committee frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a transparent and approachable leader, known for their collaborative spirit and exceptional communication skills, with a proven dedication to advancing healthcare quality initiatives.
